Jeffrey Mazza is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, public accounting, and corporate finance. He has a proven track record of helping businesses drive profitability through disciplined financial planning, strategic partnerships, and capital management.

Previously, Jeffrey held CFO and leadership roles across both corporate and public accounting environments. As CFO and advisor, he has guided companies through periods of rapid growth, complex financial transitions, and private equity transactions. While leading the outsourced accounting practice at a top 8 public accounting firm, he advised clients across a wide range of industries.

Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and attended the MBA program at DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Jeffrey lives in Mundelein, IL, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, spending time outdoors, and being with his family.
