Fractional CFO

Tom is a financial and operational executive with deep experience leading Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Legal functions across both public and private companies. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Tom partners closely with CEOs and Boards to drive strategy, strengthen performance, and build scalable, data driven organizations.

Tom has held senior leadership roles including CFO of OOFOS, Inc, CFO – Goodbaby - Americas, and COO/CFO of Hearts On Fire. His career includes leading global teams, improving liquidity and banking relationships, driving operational and systems transformations, and playing a key role in major transactions, including the sale of Hearts On Fire.

Earlier in his career, Tom held finance leadership roles at Cabot Corporation and began in public accounting at PwC and O’Connor & Drew. He is a CPA with an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, and he has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School.

Tom lives in Westwood, MA with his family. He enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and walking his dog in his free time.
